About the Role
We are searching for a passionate Barista to join our team at Moto Hospitality in Lymm, delivering the finest Costa coffee alongside exceptional customer service. Join us as we revolutionize the UK rest stop experience, working flexible shifts ranging between 4am and 9pm on a mix of weekdays and weekends at Lymm Services, M6 Junction 20 and M56 Junction 9 in Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and create an inviting atmosphere.
- Efficiently handle customer orders and requests throughout the day.
- Prepare a variety of quality barista beverages and toasted snacks to brand standards.
- Maintain high product availability by replenishing stock and displays consistently.
- Keep work and store areas clean, tidy, and hospitable.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of unity and teamwork.
- Solve customer queries with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
- Assist in daily store preparation for the following day's operations.
