Job Overview
This position offers two working shifts aligned with traditional baking craftsmanship: the night shift in the coarse bakery focusing on classic breads and baked goods, and the early morning shift in the fine bakery dedicated to delicate pastries and specialties. Night shift workers receive full night bonuses, while early shift workers benefit from more regulated hours. Applicants can indicate their preferred shift in the application.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce bread and bakery items based on traditional recipes during night shifts starting typically between 9 PM and 11 PM.
- Prepare fine pastries and specialty baked goods from 4 AM in the early shift.
- Operate ovens and dough processing machinery proficiently.
- Monitor baking processes to ensure product quality and freshness.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Work scheduled Monday to Friday approximately 8 hours daily, totaling 38.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts compensated by a day off during the following week.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a baker or master baker or equivalent qualifications in the food sector.
- Experienced career changers with many years in relevant fields are also encouraged to apply.
