Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Azure DevOps Engineers proficient in Azure Cloud technologies to plan, build, and oversee cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes within Microsoft Azure environments. The role involves creating and managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines, facilitating infrastructure as code, managing container orchestration, and ensuring security and compliance adherence for optimized deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services tailored to project requirements.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning through Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Administer and operate Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters to support containerized applications.
- Deploy and manage microservices packaged in Docker containers.
- Apply Azure security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and compliance protocols.
- Set up monitoring and logging solutions with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to ensure system health and diagnostics.
- Continuously optimize performance and manage cloud resource costs.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Between 6 to 12 years of professional experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure domains.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD workflows.
- Expertise with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Practical experience with containerization using Docker.
- Strong capabilities in Infrastructure as Code employing Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Familiarity with scripting languages including PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Comprehensive understanding of Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM), networking, and governance frameworks.
