Role Overview

As an Audit Senior, you will have a pivotal role in crafting and executing audit solutions tailored to a varied clientele, especially within Government & Public Services and Financial Services sectors. You will serve as a reliable advisor to clients, underscoring the critical nature of dependable financial data. This position involves ongoing development as you confront new business challenges and complexities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-quality audit engagements from initiation through completion, supporting clients with intricate accounting issues and pinpointing financial and business risks.
  • Apply audit software and emerging technological tools effectively.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior auditing staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally and across the Caribbean and Bermuda region to facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance audit quality.

About the Team

Our Audit & Assurance practice upholds public trust by enabling sound, evidence-based decisions, enhancing confidence in government and financial markets. We emphasize integrity and assurance on vital elements meaningful to stakeholders through independent evaluation of organizations' financial and non-financial reporting and controls.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification such as ACCA.
  • Hold or be in the process of obtaining an internationally accredited accounting certification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA) expected to be completed in 2026.
  • Bring two to three years of pertinent auditing experience.
  • Preferably, experience working with clients in the public/government sector or financial services including insurance or banking.
