About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Leader to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards daily. You will engage deeply with customers to understand their needs and lead your team by exemplifying exceptional service and care, both in retail and pharmacy environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to drive business growth through excellent service to customers and patients.
- Manage team performance and development by conducting regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure the retail and pharmacy operations are sustainable and efficient, focusing on stock availability, cost control, loss minimization, and meeting customer expectations.
- Perform regular audits, reviews, and risk assessments to safeguard patient and public safety.
- Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to respond quickly to evolving consumer needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing a team within a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to achieve performance targets by inspiring and coaching team members.
- Collaborative mindset conducive to thriving in a team-oriented workplace.
