Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Implement and uphold best practice standards as defined by ACCOR technology services.
- Contribute to enhancing the ACCOR Technology Services knowledgebase for continual learning and support.
- Deliver technical assistance and resolve issues related to PCs, servers, networks, software, and overall IT infrastructure to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage installation, configuration, upkeep, and optimization of Windows servers, workstations, databases, and peripheral devices.
- Assist onboarding by preparing IT setups such as user accounts, system permissions, and equipment allocation for new hires.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to uphold IT security protocols, system efficiency, and readiness for emergency or crisis scenarios.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 2 and 3 years of relevant IT experience within the hospitality sector.
- Strong expertise in operating systems such as Opera System and MICROS, alongside proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to complete assigned projects thoroughly and on time.
