Job description
Job Summary
The Archive Administrative Officer is responsible for organizing and classifying records in accordance with the approved classification system. This role involves both physical and digital archiving of documents using designated systems, along with retrieving files as requested by departments or personnel.
Key Duties
- Systematically organize and classify records following standardized classification guidelines.
- Archive documents in both paper and electronic formats through specific archival systems.
- Provide efficient file retrieval services upon requests made by various departments or employees.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all archived records.
- Generate regular reports detailing the archive status and retrieval activities.
- Engage in ongoing enhancement of archiving procedures and systems.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification includes a bachelor's degree. Preferably, candidates should hold a diploma in archival studies, bachelor’s degree in information management, library science, archival studies, or related fields.
Salary and Application
