Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems.
• Perform chemical overhauls to enhance aircon system efficiency and longevity.
• Inspect, diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs on air conditioning units.
• Offer and encourage customers to opt for additional aircon servicing such as chemical overhauls.
• Conduct site assessments to provide expert advice on air conditioning installation requirements.
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the assigned supervisor detailing work progress and issues.
• Complete other assigned duties as required by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a warm, approachable, and patient demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Capable of undertaking physically demanding tasks intrinsic to the role.
• Competent in using basic mobile phone technology for work-related communications.
• Eager and open to acquiring new technical knowledge and skills.
• Experience with handyman tasks or similar practical work preferred.
• Good proficiency in basic spoken and written English.
• Efficient at managing emergency repairs and handling customer concerns tactfully.
• Must hold a valid Singapore Class 2B driving license; company provides vehicle for work.
• Willingness to work six days per week as per operational requirements.
