Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and qualified Air Traffic Controllers specializing in Tower/Aerodrome or Approach Radar to be located in Dubai at either Dubai International Airport (DXB) or Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The role involves ensuring safe, orderly, and efficient management of air traffic within designated sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and regulate air traffic to maintain smooth flow and provide slot allocation details to prevent congestion within DFS assigned areas.
• Collaborate promptly and accurately with external agencies, including adjacent Air Traffic Control Units, UAE military, and Airside Operations.
• Comply with safety incident reporting mandates, delivering precise and clear information related to safety events.
• Promote a safety culture encouraging reporting of safety issues without fear of reprisal, while maintaining high standards against negligence and violations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid Air Traffic Control License with a rating in Aerodrome/Tower or Approach Radar operations.
• Preferably a minimum of three years experience operating such a rating at a major international airport.
• Thorough understanding of Air Traffic Control procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with aviation safety management systems.
• English language proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Valid Class 3 ATC Medical Certificate is required.

Assessments of Previous Competency (APC) for selected applicants will be held in Dubai throughout 2026.
