Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent integrations between various applications and enterprise platforms, focusing on Python backend services, AI automation, and orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and orchestration frameworks primarily using Python.
• Create interfaces that utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) and function-calling frameworks.
• Design schema-driven APIs and integration patterns to streamline system connectivity.
• Develop and maintain AI automation pipelines and workflow orchestration services.
• Build AI capabilities that are context-aware using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and large language models (LLM).
• Implement AI evaluation frameworks and set up observability tooling for performance monitoring.
• Design resilient communication patterns between services.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications and AI services within cloud environments.
• Support MLOps and platform engineering efforts to improve AI solution deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, platform, and AI teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on Python development.
• Experience working with machine learning or MLOps ecosystems like Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, and Terraform.
• Advanced skills in designing and developing RESTful APIs, including OpenAPI/Swagger-based services.
• Proven track record integrating external APIs and enterprise platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of security and authentication protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and secure credential handling.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment workflows.
• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with AI technologies including embedding models, vector databases, Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
• Understanding of AI evaluation frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Practical experience integrating AI models into production environments and designing AI pipelines.

Desirable Skills

• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of OpenAI integration and enterprise AI platforms.
• Background in integrating AI solutions with platforms such as ServiceNow or Power Automate.
• Experience deploying at least one chatbot or conversational AI application in production.
• Understanding of enterprise automation and workflow platforms.
