Role overview

What you will do

• Develop AI agents that can preserve memory and context across conversations.
• Create feedback-driven loops so the system can learn and improve over time.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation workflows to connect models with domain-specific knowledge.
• Handle conversation flow, state management, and orchestration between tools and agents.
• Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and open-source model services.
• Move quickly, release improvements frequently, and review performance on a weekly basis.

Skills and experience needed

• Strong programming ability in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom-built alternatives.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
• Ability to design prompts and evaluation workflows.
• Understanding of agent patterns such as ReAct and tool-based execution.
• Basic knowledge of Git, CI/CD processes, and containerization.
• Exposure to multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, LangGraph, and LoRA/QLoRA is relevant.
