Currently, we seek a Customer Operations Administrator to support our team in Stamullen, County Meath, with this permanent role operating on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Customer Operations Department across PCI Dublin sites.
- Ensure compliance with safe working practices and promptly report near misses to the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Department.
- Manage new account setups in JDE, including new address creation.
- Set up item codes for bulk items, finished goods, and customer-supplied components.
- Process Bills of Materials (BOM) requests including new BOMs and updates.
- Coordinate delivery bookings and collections, including creation of order confirmations (OC).
- Prepare packing lists and manual dispatch notes as necessary.
- Raise non-production sales orders (e.g., tooling, couriers, QA documents) and submit to finance for billing; generate order acknowledgments and liaise with Project Managers for customer purchase order requests.
- Assist with the destruction of obsolete bulk material, PMs, and in-process waste when required.
- Create order acknowledgments for production batches and provide them to Project Managers for customer distribution.
- Conduct additional tasks supporting company objectives as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Ability to follow goals precisely, communicate effectively, and drive tasks to completion within set targets.
- Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude with a proactive, dynamic approach.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interacting with clients.
- Familiarity with GMP or other regulated industry environments.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles and tools to enable continuous improvement.
