Application Process

• Submit a resume highlighting your relevant teaching experience.
• If you do not have formal teaching experience, include any other pertinent background or training in the application questionnaire.

Selection Steps

• Initial resume screening followed by a Google Meet interview.
• Successful candidates participate in a second video interview requiring a sample lesson plan presentation.
• Onboarding onto our platform to begin accepting classes.

Payment and Contract Details

Instructors are compensated per class through a contracted, supplemental 1099 arrangement. Pay is either a flat fee or per student, as determined by the partner school. A separate budget is provided for instructional materials when required.
