Accountant

About the Role

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. seeks a meticulous Accountant to manage the complete finalization of accounts and uphold financial accuracy. The role includes generating comprehensive financial reports, facilitating audits, and aiding informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the finalization processes for company accounts.
• Develop and maintain precise financial records alongside the general ledger.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in preparing budgets, conducting forecasts, and analyzing variances.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards such as GAAP/IFRS and relevant tax laws.
• Provide support during internal and external audit procedures.
• Maintain all necessary documentation and work on enhancing accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an allied field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in an Accountant role.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and the finalization process.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of compliance standards and taxation.

Working Conditions

Location: Panvel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Work schedule: 6 days per week

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive monthly salary ranging between 20,000 INR and 45,000 INR.
