Job Overview

Harit Jewellers Private Limited is looking to hire a capable Accountant for their office located in Dwarka, Delhi. The candidate should hold a graduation degree in B.Com, Accounting, or Finance and possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to individuals experienced in the jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Manage GST, TDS, and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
• Oversee purchase, sales, billing, and inventory accounting.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Compile MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Coordinate efforts with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and banking institutions.
• Ensure precise stock and financial records.
• Utilize accounting softwares and Excel for reliable reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Comprehensive understanding of GST filing and compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with effective time management.

Additional Information

• Minimum five years of accounting experience is mandatory.
• Graduation in B.Com, Accounting, or Finance is required.
• Experience in the jewellery industry is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
• Position is full-time based in Dwarka, Delhi.
• Salary range is between 28000 and 35000 INR per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
