Our firm supports contractors and engineering companies throughout the entire project lifecycle, ranging from field leadership to senior management roles. Having established a solid footprint in British Columbia, we're now focused on expanding our reach into Alberta. We seek an individual to help establish and grow our presence in the Alberta market.

Founded by two recruitment professionals with over two decades of combined experience, our agency prides itself on being straightforward and authentic—eschewing bureaucracy, fake KPIs, and unnecessary complexities to provide genuine recruitment services and rewarding results.

Since launching two years ago, we've surpassed initial growth objectives significantly, completing over 50 placements, and building strong relationships with reputable contractors and engineering firms. We recently extended operations to Vancouver Island, further confirming market demand with successful early placements from new team members.

Role Overview

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant located in Calgary, you will spearhead our Alberta expansion, managing your own client desk within the Mechanical and Electrical construction industry. You will work with both established and new clients from both contracting and engineering backgrounds, leveraging a brand that is rapidly gaining industry traction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients and fostering enduring business relationships
• Conducting job briefings and gathering hiring requirements
• Identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidate prospects
• Creating and presenting candidate shortlists for client consideration
• Coordinating and managing the entire recruitment process
• Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidate placements
• Participating actively in industry events and face-to-face meetings to cement relationships

You will be equipped with advanced recruitment tools, including JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, and our proprietary internal database. Founders will provide direct support and encourage you to innovate your strategies and workflows within the role.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a 360 recruitment capacity
• Preferably some background in the construction industry
• Proven billing record of $300K or above
• Strong relationship-building and client development skills

The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, commercially aware, honest, and straightforward. Confidence in engaging with clients and candidates, accountability for results, a long-term commitment mindset, and a good sense of humor are all qualities we value.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually
• On-target earnings potentially between $140,000 and $150,000+
• Uncapped commission at a 40% rate with a straightforward structure (no thresholds or bands)
• Completely remote work environment with options to work overseas pending pre-approval
