Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement talent sourcing strategies leveraging platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other creative recruitment methods.
- Establish and nurture a robust talent pool across various business units.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications, design structured recruitment processes, and ensure alignment on hiring standards.
- Source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate their progress throughout the hiring cycle.
- Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, orient new hires, and facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
- Assist with employee engagement programs, ensure HR compliance, and support employee relations efforts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring trackers, and HR documentation to uphold process integrity.
