About the Internship

Join Stareye Media & Entertainment Private Limited as an HR intern and immerse yourself in the fast-moving human resources sector within the entertainment industry. This role offers practical experience managing HR tasks in a creative environment focused on production and modeling for e-commerce and various platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

Support recruitment efforts and assist with onboarding new hires
Keep employee records current and manage HR database updates
Help plan and facilitate employee training and development initiatives
Contribute to performance assessment and management activities
Respond to employee-related inquiries and assist in managing workplace relations
Participate in formulating HR policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with the HR team on ongoing projects and strategic initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Availability for a full-time, onsite internship commitment
Ability to commence internship between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026
Willingness to commit to the full 3-month internship duration
Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in human resources
Proficiency in MS Office suite including MS Word and MS Excel
Strong verbal English communication skills
