Join Kavana, a brand dedicated to crafting sustainable, natural, and hand-made women's apparel with deep-rooted artisan traditions. As an intern, you will be involved in assisting the fashion design team throughout the creative process, from conceptual development to sample production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of new fashion collections.
- Create sketches and hand-drawn embroidery khakhas under guidance.
- Research and analyze current trends in fashion including colors and materials.
- Assist with fabric selection and sourcing to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with tailors and production staff to manage sample development.
- Maintain thorough documentation and design records for all projects.
- Work in close conjunction with the design team to refine concepts and samples.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available full-time onsite during the internship period.
- Internship start date should be between July 28, 2026 and September 5, 2026.
- Commitment to a full duration of 2 months is mandatory.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in fashion design and merchandising.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 10,000 is offered.
- Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the internship.
