This in-office internship at Career-Domain is designed for someone interested in digital promotion, audience engagement, and campaign support. Career-Domain is an ed-tech startup focused on helping students discover suitable career paths by considering their behavior, skills, intuition, personality, preferences, natural interests, and IQ.

What you will do

• Plan and help run digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
• Develop engaging posts and content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar channels.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and respond to audience interactions.
• Assist with lead generation through online promotions and outreach efforts.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
• Support campaign improvement using SEO, social media insights, and performance data.
• Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
• Track ad results, website visits, and campaign performance to identify improvement areas.
• Contribute to branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s online visibility.
• Help promote internships, courses, and recruitment-related campaigns.
• Support influencer tie-ups, online collaborations, and digital outreach as needed.
• Prepare reports covering campaign results, engagement levels, and growth opportunities.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, committed for 6 months, based in Nagpur, and have relevant skills and interest in digital marketing.

Compensation

The stipend for this role is INR 2,000 to 5,000 per month.
