This in-office internship at Career-Domain is designed for someone interested in digital promotion, audience engagement, and campaign support. Career-Domain is an ed-tech startup focused on helping students discover suitable career paths by considering their behavior, skills, intuition, personality, preferences, natural interests, and IQ.
What you will do
- Plan and help run digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
- Develop engaging posts and content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar channels.
- Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and respond to audience interactions.
- Assist with lead generation through online promotions and outreach efforts.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
- Support campaign improvement using SEO, social media insights, and performance data.
- Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Track ad results, website visits, and campaign performance to identify improvement areas.
- Contribute to branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s online visibility.
- Help promote internships, courses, and recruitment-related campaigns.
- Support influencer tie-ups, online collaborations, and digital outreach as needed.
- Prepare reports covering campaign results, engagement levels, and growth opportunities.

Compensation
