Role Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research to discover potential clients, track industry trends, and identify new avenues for business expansion.
- Contribute to the design and execution of sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish and nurture effective communications with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Create and present detailed presentations highlighting company services and investment prospects.
- Support and execute email outreach campaigns, following up diligently to convert leads to clients.
- Maintain comprehensive sales documentation and analyze sales data using MS Excel for insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lead management and enhance client experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and essential business development materials.
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication representing the company.
- Keep abreast of current real estate market dynamics, investment options, and competitive landscape.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in email management and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and presentation tools.
- Understanding of sales strategies and client engagement processes.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
