Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents related to workers' compensation defense cases.
• Maintain and organize comprehensive case files.
• Manage attorneys' calendars by scheduling and monitoring deadlines.
• Support attorneys throughout every stage of litigation by coordinating case activities.
• Fulfill annual billable hour requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' experience as a paralegal in workers' compensation defense.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation procedures in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; experience in New York is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong multitasking and deadline management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while engaging collaboratively with the team.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach in a high-pressure legal environment.
