Overview

ISB leads in providing solutions across policy administration, claims handling, billing, analytics, and digital engagement for Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty insurance sectors. Role Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and evaluate compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing self-insured workers' compensation programs.
• Organize and execute audits related to self-insurance operations and claims management to identify improvements and verify conformity with regulatory requirements.
• Support development and enforcement of policies and procedures concerning workers' compensation self-insurance.
• Prepare and submit precise and timely compliance reports to relevant regulatory bodies.
• Offer guidance and training to staff on compliance matters, legislative changes, and best practices.
• Assess potential compliance risks and suggest appropriate mitigation approaches.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as claims and finance to ensure unified compliance efforts.
• Maintain awareness of industry developments and legislative updates to continuously enhance the compliance framework.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in workers' compensation, compliance, or risk management, preferably within a self-insurance context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation, specifically in self-insured settings.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
