Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to develop a safe, productive working environment.
• Promote a proactive, risk-based, and cooperative safety culture throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with WHSE key performance indicators, policies, and procedures aligned with relevant legislation and seamlessly integrated into TMHA’s safety practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years’ experience in WHSE within an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated involvement in achieving cultural change related to workplace health and safety.
• Proven ability to manage and operate within integrated safety management systems.
• Experience implementing innovative safety strategies and initiatives.
• Internal audit experience including both document reviews and field audits.
• Strong skills in workplace incident analysis and investigation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities including negotiation, influencing, listening, empathy, and adaptability.
• Commercial awareness and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Capable project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information
