Warehouse Technician

Job Overview

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a prominent pharmaceutical firm to recruit a Warehouse Technician for their Makkah, Saudi Arabia site. This role requires handling various materials and maintaining stringent storage protocols to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials, packaging components, and finished products in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Managing both ambient and temperature-controlled goods, ensuring proper environmental conditions are maintained.
• Issuing materials promptly and accurately to production and packaging units.
• Completing all warehouse-related documentation correctly and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conducting inventory transactions and keeping stock records precise using SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Supporting cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and yearly inventory audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 5 years' prior experience working in warehouse operations within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP standards and warehouse best practices.
• Availability to attend in-person interviews at the specified Makkah location.
