Role Overview
Westin Fulfillment LLC seeks a meticulous Warehouse Order Verifier dedicated to confirming order accuracy and timely shipment in a busy warehouse setting. This position requires a sharp eye for details and a commitment to upholding company and customer standards for orders shipped to leading retailers and e-commerce clients.
Primary Duties
- Confirm picked orders match in accuracy, quantity, and item quality prior to dispatch.
- Cross-check products with packing slips, purchase orders, and digital records.
- Validate that shipments contain correct labels, packaging, and necessary documentation.
- Detect and report inconsistencies, collaborating with picking, packing, and inventory units to rectify issues.
- Keep verification areas neat and adhere to warehouse safety guidelines.
- Support general warehouse responsibilities as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment environments is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand and move throughout work shifts.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations or warehouse management systems.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable attendance and effective teamwork skills.
Work Schedule
This full-time position requires working either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday. The exact schedule may adjust based on operational demands.
