Job Overview

We are searching for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our full-time team in Dublin, working for a renowned Irish sports retailer. The role operates on a shift system of any five days from seven, with working hours from 07:00 to 15:30.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of €14.65
• Twenty days of annual leave plus bank holidays

Primary Responsibilities

• Accept and verify incoming shipments against delivery documents
• Use handheld scanners to accurately locate and pick orders
• Securely pack items to avoid damage and load trailers safely
• Collaborate with advanced robotics for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient reading and communication skills for following instructions and teamwork
• Excellent punctuality, strong dedication, and a positive, flexible mindset
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and safely perform repetitive lifting tasks
• Willingness to learn new warehouse technologies and automated systems
