Warehouse Leasing and Business Development Manager

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Leasing and Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Department in Doha, Qatar. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the utilization of our warehouse assets by attracting new tenants and fostering strong client partnerships to bolster occupancy and revenue streams. The manager will be instrumental in driving business expansion and meeting commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute effective sales and leasing tactics aimed at boosting warehouse occupancy rates and revenue generation.
• Identify potential clients such as logistics providers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and other companies in need of warehouse facilities.
• Lead client engagements including meetings, site tours, presentations, and negotiations; prepare leasing proposals and offers accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless lease agreements, tenant onboarding, and operational setups.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, analyze market trends, and consistently achieve leasing and revenue targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience in warehouse leasing, commercial real estate, logistics sales, property leasing, or business development.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse leasing principles, commercial contract negotiation, and client acquisition strategies.
