Overview
Startek, operating as Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd., invites applications for the Malayalam Voice Process role based in Bengaluru. Successful candidates will serve customers by addressing their inquiries and providing precise information in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues within specified timelines.
- Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum education level: Completion of 10+2 with no pending backlogs.
- Clear fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the BPO domain will be an advantage.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Shift and Compensation
The role involves rotational day shifts and rotational off days. The compensation package ranges approximately from ₹21,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
