About Malwarebytes and ThreatDown

Malwarebytes began in 2008 with a simple goal: help people get free from malware and stay protected as threats evolve. Over time, the company expanded from malware removal to device protection and prevention. ThreatDown is the corporate business unit focused on helping growing businesses defend against ransomware, malware, phishing, and AI-driven attacks with a streamlined, trusted cybersecurity platform designed for lean IT teams.

Role Overview

ThreatDown is seeking a senior sales operations leader to own the systems, data, and operating processes that power the revenue engine. The role will lead a multi-quarter effort to clean up fragmented data and reporting, reduce manual work through automation, and build analytics that support go-to-market decisions and growth. This position reports to the GM, partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success leadership, and is fully remote across the United States.

Compensation

The quoted compensation range is $220,000 to $280,000 OTE, depending on location and experience.

What You Will Do

  • Improve Salesforce data quality, strengthen pipeline hygiene, and standardize account and territory records so the business has a reliable single source of truth with lightweight governance.
  • Rebuild GTM reporting into a simpler, trusted dashboard layer with consistent metric definitions shared across go-to-market and finance teams.
  • Find high-volume manual tasks such as lead routing, quoting and approvals, compensation calculations, forecasting inputs, and data entry, then automate them to reduce manual effort in a measurable way.
  • Create a sales analytics function that turns GTM data into actionable decisions about where to invest, expand, and shift resources for predictable growth.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting cadence, deal desk operations, and quota and territory planning and administration.
  • Own marketing operations work including funnel tracking, lead lifecycle management, MQL-to-SQL handoff, attribution, and martech stack oversight.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation plan design, administration, dispute handling, and incentive modeling.
  • Lead territory design, capacity planning, account assignment rules, and fairness/equity considerations.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics for board and investor updates, GTM KPIs, win/loss analysis, cohort analysis, and ad hoc decision support.
  • Own the Salesforce and integrated GTM systems roadmap, administration, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, including 3 or more years leading the function at a B2B SaaS company that is either $100M+ in scale or in a high-growth phase.
  • Demonstrated success leading a Revenue Operations transformation, such as data cleanup, reporting standardization, or large-scale workflow automation.
  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce expertise, plus familiarity with automation and revenue tools such as native flows, CPQ, SalesLoft, Spiff, Power BI, partner portals, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience guiding a team through process change while maintaining business continuity.
  • Solid financial understanding, including compensation modeling, forecasting, and unit economics.
  • Cybersecurity or other technical product experience is beneficial.

Perks and Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Employee referral bonus program.
  • Wellness programs.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match for U.S. employees.
  • Comprehensive paid time off policy.
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work with impact for both the team and the broader world.
  • Benefits and perks may vary by country or region.
