Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual displays, commercial plans, and styling aligned with store directives and schedules to improve customer engagement and boost sales.
• Evaluate sales data, manage inventory levels, oversee garment quality, and identify prioritized visual and commercial prospects collaboratively with Store Management.
• Leverage fashion trends and competitor analysis to mentor and develop the store personnel, enhancing their ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Positively represent both yourself and the H&M brand during all customer interactions.
• Assist the Sales Market team in store expansion initiatives.

Work Environment and Collaboration

You will be a pivotal member of the Store Team, which includes roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger outlets. Collaboration extends to the Area Team, enabling shared insights and collective achievement. Together, the team supports customers in expressing their individuality through current and classic fashion styles, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the stores.

Additional Information
