Job Overview
Five Splash Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Virtual Relationship Managers for their Navi Mumbai office. The role focuses on professional interaction with customers to promote and cross-sell banking services while fostering strong customer relationships. The position offers a fixed shift and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Professionally managing communications and interactions with customers.
- Actively promoting and cross-selling various banking products to existing or potential clients.
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships to enhance business.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns effectively to ensure high service standards.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Fixed working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Sundays off every week.
- Salary varies based on educational background and experience, starting from ₹16,500 to ₹18,500 per month as take-home pay.
