Position Overview
We are looking for an imaginative and skilled Video Editor to become part of our creative team. This role requires a passion for storytelling, advanced video editing capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The editor will transform raw footage into compelling final videos, optimized for digital channels and broadcasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert raw video files into refined, visually attractive content.
- Work closely with the creative team to grasp the project's objectives and vision.
- Trim and arrange clips to ensure smooth transitions and logical flow.
- Add elements such as music, sound effects, graphics, and motion to enrich the video.
- Employ Adobe editing suites and AI video platforms like Heygen for content creation and editing.
- Review scripts to ensure consistency with creative goals.
- Keep abreast of latest trends in video editing and AI video technologies.
- Manage several video projects concurrently while upholding quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience editing videos.
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or comparable tools.
- Practical experience with AI-driven platforms like Heygen for video or content production.
- A deep understanding of visual storytelling techniques, including pacing, composition, and motion graphics.
- Ability to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating prior video editing projects is highly desirable.
