Role Overview

This key leadership position heads the Presales organization across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. As a member of the APAC executive team, you will shape and execute strategies to optimize performance, lead and align the team around regional objectives, and balance broader departmental priorities. You will manage a diverse group of leaders and individuals who embrace innovation, challenge norms, and are passionate about customer and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy for the Solution Consulting team.
• Define and oversee a departmental vision aligned with the company’s corporate strategy.
• Drive operational excellence by acting as a champion of change to transform the Presales organization in tandem with the sales transformation, specifically adopting and mastering the Sales Blueprint phases led by Presales.
• Build and sustain a high-performance team by managing leaders and contributors, focusing on hiring, onboarding, professional growth, retention, and career pathing to meet current and future talent needs.
• Engage with clients and partners, including strategic global systems integrators, to deliver direct impact on APAC business success.
• Serve as an active and collaborative leader within the APAC Senior Leadership Team, contributing to initiatives that expand business beyond the Presales scope.
• Consistently achieve or surpass departmental goals while supporting other departments in meeting their targets.
• Lead by example, embodying the corporate values of Integrity, Customer focus, Accountability, Teamwork, and Result orientation ("I ACT REAL").

Qualifications & Experience

• More than 15 years of leadership experience overseeing teams of Technical Services leaders, Presales managers, and individual contributors.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Solution Consulting.
• Proven leadership managing regional teams across the APAC landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement organizational change effectively.
• Strong capability to both strategize leadership and execute operational plans.
