Role Overview

This confidential search is for a Vice President of Operations to join a private equity-backed residential services platform with a nationwide presence. The organization manages a group of service brands and is pursuing continued expansion through acquisitions and operational improvements.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Improving operational results and supporting growth across the division.
• Holding senior leadership teams accountable for delivery and execution.
• Working extensively on site, particularly in businesses that are not performing well.
• Driving sales growth, improving margins, and ensuring important initiatives are carried out effectively.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly business performance reviews for the CEO and executive leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of senior-level operations leadership experience in multi-brand, multi-site residential services or field services environments.
• Background managing P&Ls at the nine-figure level.
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and building strong senior leadership teams.
• Excellent financial understanding, strategic judgment, and executive-level communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the division.
• Experience in residential home services is preferred.

Compensation
