Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Operations spearheads the development and execution of the company's operational strategy and manages its operations framework. This pivotal role covers production oversight, supply chain coordination, process enhancement, quality assurance, operational efficiency improvement, and facilitates cooperation across departments. The VP ensures robust and seamless business operations while bolstering the firm's operational strength and competitive edge in the global jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement medium- to long-range operational strategies and develop actionable plans.
• Refine and optimize comprehensive operational systems and business workflows.
• Lead efforts to transform the operational model for better efficiency and standardize operations management.
• Oversee coordination of product research & development, procurement, production scheduling, and delivery logistics.
• Enhance supply chain responsiveness and stability through process optimization and resource allocation.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify enhancements, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
• Drive adoption of digital management tools and establish standardized business procedures with clear KPIs.
• Develop and maintain the product quality management framework; ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Improve order fulfillment workflows to ensure timely delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster collaboration across sales, procurement, supply chain, production, product development, and finance teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, strengthening organizational execution capabilities.
• Continuously analyze market trends and operational data to optimize resources and support growth initiatives globally.
• Identify risks in operational processes and implement proactive control and emergency response systems.
• Ensure all operational activities conform to industry regulations and standards to maintain steady business progress.

Qualifications

• 20 to 25 years of experience in operations or related fields, including over 8 years in senior leadership (Director level or higher).
• Preferably knowledgeable in operational frameworks within the jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or premium consumer sectors.
• Experience managing global supply chains, production operations, or international business is advantageous.
• Possess strong strategic planning, leadership, cross-functional coordination, and implementation skills.
