Job Overview

We seek a well-presented, polite, and service-driven Valet & Bell Services Associate to provide a warm, efficient experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly when receiving or returning their vehicles.
• Park and retrieve luxury and premium vehicles safely, upholding the highest standards of care and security.
• Take full responsibility for vehicles from handover to return, ensuring they remain in the same condition.
• Handle vehicles carefully to maintain their pristine state.
• Manage parking operations to maintain vehicle safety, security, and seamless traffic flow.
• Assist guests with luggage and deliver prompt Bell Services when needed.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving licence paired with excellent driving capabilities.
• Prior experience operating luxury or premium vehicles is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Experience in a hotel, club, or luxury hospitality setting is a plus.
• Strong guest service aptitude and a polished professional appearance.
• Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.
