Role Overview

We seek a skilled UX/UI Designer to develop exceptional user experiences. A strong portfolio illustrating the candidate's capability to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop user-focused designs by analyzing business needs and user inputs.
Create user flows, wireframes, and visual designs for both web and mobile platforms.
Produce prototypes and mockups tailored for various devices and interface types.
Work alongside product managers and engineering teams to design and execute innovative solutions.
Perform user research and assess feedback for continuous improvement.
Define and uphold design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Design and maintain comprehensive design systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in UX/UI design roles.
Strong demonstrable portfolio showcasing UI design expertise.
Expertise with design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
Experience in responsive and adaptive design techniques.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
