About the Role

At Solutionreach, exceptional design and user experience are fundamental to our products. We are looking for a creative and collaborative UX Designer to join our Product Design team to address complex healthcare challenges with intuitive design solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, stakeholders, and customers to translate user insights and business needs into seamless and effective experiences that enhance patient engagement for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Gain a thorough understanding of healthcare customers, their workflows, challenges, and goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to identify customer issues and develop user-centered solutions.
Lead the entire design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and refined user interfaces.
Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Engage in user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate and refine designs.
Convert customer and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
Work with cross-functional teams to segment solutions into incremental deliverables that provide continuous value.
Champion the user perspective while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Participate in developing and evolving design systems, standards, and UX best practices.
Present design ideas, reasoning, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Analyze feedback and product metrics to continually enhance the user experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years of experience designing digital products and user experiences.
A portfolio showcasing strong design processes, problem-solving skills, and impactful UX solutions.
Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
Experience in conducting or supporting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to accept and integrate feedback while advocating for user needs.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
Familiarity with Agile product development and common software development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in designing SaaS products or healthcare technology solutions.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and principles of inclusive design.
Experience working within established design systems.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering in dynamic environments.
Use of data and analytics to guide design decisions.
