Utility Operations Operator

Role Overview

This role supports the day-to-day running of utility systems, with a focus on keeping operations stable, maintaining dependable data exchange, and ensuring smooth communication between field equipment and central platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on system health and help maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to connectivity, data transfer, and system functionality.
• Work closely with IT, engineering, and on-site field teams to coordinate operational support.
• Record activity details, prepare reports, and keep operational documents up to date.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in Engineering, IT, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in systems operations or a comparable environment is expected.
