User Experience Manager (UX)

Position Overview

We are seeking a User Experience Manager specializing in UX to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires expertise in human-computer interaction principles and design thinking methodologies to create and refine user interfaces that meet high usability standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Apply Human-Computer Interaction principles effectively for user interface design and evaluation.
• Utilize Design Thinking techniques to identify challenges, brainstorm solutions, and refine designs iteratively.
• Conduct comprehensive user and UX research, including interviews, surveys, and usability assessments.
• Deep knowledge in User Experience aspects such as information architecture, interaction design, and mapping user journeys.
• Proven track record of managing UX projects and working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams in technological settings.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or similar; advanced degrees are considered beneficial.
• Capable of articulating UX concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience within the energy, industrial, or business-to-business services industries is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong focus on user-centered design principles.
