US Healthcare Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. This position requires 3-8 years of experience focusing on healthcare staffing for US-based clients, recruiting for roles such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Allied Healthcare professionals, Therapists, and Physicians.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for client openings in the United States.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques to find qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process including initial candidate screening, interview coordination, pay rate negotiation, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to ensure timely candidate submissions and maintain clear communication.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track candidates and maintain comprehensive records.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential healthcare candidates to fulfill ongoing staffing needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment with a background handling W2, 1099, and C2C hiring.
• Expertise with sourcing and screening candidates, including using Boolean search methods.
• Familiarity with various job boards such as Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and clients.
• Experience working with travel nurses, allied healthcare, and clinical staffing roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for hospitals, MSP, or Vendor Management System (VMS) clients.
• Understanding of credentialing and compliance requirements.
• Competency in rate negotiations and offer management.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding processes.
• Willingness to work during US time zones (shifts).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
