Job Overview
We are seeking a Location or Unit Manager to administer all facets of our facility in Doha under the supervision of the Operations Manager. This role demands exceptional leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and a track record in managing similar positions such as Camp Boss or Location Manager. The objective is to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, foster positive employee morale, and achieve financial targets aligning with strategic plans and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee catering operations professionally to guarantee prompt, efficient, and quality service delivery per contractual and management guidelines.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food, meeting all specified standards and client expectations.
- Manage workflow coordination between kitchen, service, and support teams for seamless operations.
- Maximize productivity and minimize waste by optimizing the use of manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Apply and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and best industry practices across all operational departments.
- Maintain consistent food quality including taste, appearance, and portion control.
- Strictly adhere to standardized recipes, production methods, and portioning guidelines.
- Guarantee compliance with all food safety regulations such as HACCP and local health standards.
- Identify training needs for staff and organize training programs in liaison with senior management.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certification in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
- At least eight years of experience managing catering operations, preferably within catering firms or similar environments.
- A minimum of two years in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is mandatory.
- Exemplary leadership, interpersonal skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational capabilities, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in demanding conditions.
