Position Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will champion sales and brand presence for CELSIUS® within grocery, convenience, and food service channels across designated regional markets including Knoxville, TN; Louisville, KY; and Elberfeld, IN. This highly active, field-based role demands conducting 12 to 15 store visits daily and strengthening partnerships with distributors to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Celsius's "perfect store" strategy by expanding product SKU availability, shelf space, merchandising displays, and executing promotional campaigns.
• Apply brand marketing and sales strategies across all retail outlets within your territory.
• Perform account audits, identify growth opportunities, and report insights using CRM tools.
• Coordinate closely with distributor partners through route rides, blitz initiatives, and important account meetings.
• Assist with regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Managers.
• Participate actively in weekly sales meetings to evaluate progress and set performance targets.
• Consistently meet and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly sales KPIs.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in consumer goods sales, preferably within beverages, distributor sales, or related sectors.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Possession of a valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with solid business acumen.
• Comfort and effectiveness in engaging customers face-to-face on a daily basis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage large groups.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and field sales reporting systems to track and report sales activities.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year plus incentive compensation. Actual salary will depend on factors including location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities may include bonuses and stock units, subject to company plans.

This is a driving-intensive role requiring candidates to be present within their assigned territories. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record screening. This position does not involve people management duties.
