Territory Sales Executive - Automobile Sector

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to increase sales and market presence within the designated geographic area by efficiently managing dealer networks and applying effective sales strategies in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales volume and market share goals.
• Develop sales forecasts and compile performance analytics reports.
• Evaluate dealer performance regularly and conduct structured reviews.
• Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
• Research and analyze market trends and monitor competitor actions.
• Generate customer leads through promotional events, campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
• Provide dealers with necessary support including training, infrastructure upgrades, and operational guidance.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Manage inventory monitoring and coordinate with internal teams effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and timely processing of claims.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of a full-time MBA degree.
• Between 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Automobile, FMCG, FMCD, Telecommunication, or Tyre Battery industries.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Salary Budget: Up to 600000 INR per annum.
• Gender Requirement: Male candidates only.
• Maximum Age Limit: 32 years.
• Employment Type: Initially on one-year renewable contract under third-party payroll based on performance.
