About the Role
The Territory Manager specializing in car loans is tasked with acquiring new customers within specified regions across India. This position requires direct engagement with clients to promote the bank's car loan products while ensuring excellent service standards. The role demands thorough analysis of customer needs, strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and contribution to the bank's expansion through loan disbursals and portfolio quality management. Additionally, it involves fostering digital adoption and guiding the team to achieve strategic growth objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Secure new car loan customers within targeted segments and geographic areas.
- Consistently surpass monthly customer acquisition targets by evaluating transaction banking requirements.
- Relay customer insights and potential business opportunities to Relationship Managers regularly.
- Follow all sales protocols and organizational SOPs meticulously.
- Comply rigorously with internal policies and applicable regulatory rules.
- Ensure the sourcing quality aligns with the bank’s credit policies and operational standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Promote a collaborative team atmosphere prioritizing digital enablement for better service delivery.
- Lead initiatives that support the bank’s fast growth ambitions.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Experience: Between 2 to 7 years in sales, preferably in car loans or retail lending sectors.
- Communication: Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering high service quality.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess customer needs and spot growth possibilities.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of car loan products and the broader banking operations.
