Telesales Executive

About the Role

DVN Tax & Consultancy is seeking a Tele Sales Executive to establish and expand their customer base by making outbound calls and explaining our range of tax and compliance services.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain various services such as Income Tax Return filing, GST Registration and Filing, Food License (FSSAI), Labour License, MSME Registration, Shop & Establishment and Trade Licenses, Digital Signature Certificates, and other business registration and compliance-related offerings.
• Generate leads and successfully convert inquiries into paying customers.
• Maintain follow-up communication with interested clients through phone and WhatsApp.
• Keep accurate customer records and daily call logs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
• Proficient communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Basic computer literacy is mandatory.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• A positive approach and eagerness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000.
