Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list. The role involves clearly presenting our loan offerings, assessing client needs, and verifying their eligibility criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate daily outbound calls to prospective customers using the supplied database.
- Communicate loan product details effectively and clarify any customer doubts.
- Identify interested prospects and arrange meetings for the sales team to engage further.
- Keep accurate daily records of calls made and conduct systematic follow-ups on leads.
Requirements
- Prior experience of six months to one year in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles.
- Strong command of Hindi with excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
- Patience and professionalism when addressing customer inquiries via phone.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between 15000 and 33000 INR.
