About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Telecalling Executive in an automation company based in Nikol, Ahmedabad. This role offers an opportunity to engage customers through outbound calls, promote automation products, and contribute to lead generation efforts. Fresh graduates with an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Identify and develop new sales prospects through direct communication.
- Explain features and benefits of automation products and services to customers clearly.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads.
- Arrange meetings for the sales team as necessary to advance sales discussions.
- Keep detailed records of calls and update all customer information in CRM systems.
- Meet established daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation degree required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred but freshers are welcome.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Excel and CRM software.
- Focused on achieving targets and results in a sales-driven environment.
Compensation
The salary offered for this position ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
